Monthly Class Schedule:

Gentle Yoga: Thursdays, 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Sunday Yoga: Sundays, 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Classes above cover the basic principles of an intelligent yoga practice, including stretching, flow, balance, and breath. 

Open to all levels of practice - great for beginners!

Virtual Chair Yoga for Seniors

Tuesdays, 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.
This chair yoga class is free of charge and open to all seniors.
