Adult Zumba® Fitness

Class Schedules:

Gym Stage: Tuesdays, 9:00 a.m.

What to bring:

Wear sturdy fitness shoes, water, towel, your energy. 

REGISTRATION: Newcomers and all levels are welcome. 

VJCC membership and signed waiver forms are required

Message from instructor:

Hi! My name is Leonore Miller and I have been a Zumba® instructor for four years.  Zumba® Fitness is a fun and easy way to get into a fitness habit in a social atmosphere.  Let me take you on a happy journey around the world through song and dance, getting fit at the same time in a fun party atmosphere.

Currently we have a very small group of people that are all beginners.  Why not try it out and have fun with your workout.  Thank you to Kevin Kunisaki for arranging the rooms for the Zumba fitness classes.

What is Zumba® Fitness?
