Adult Zumba® Fitness
Tuesdays & Wednesday Classes 

Class Schedules:

Gym Stage: Tuesdays, 9:00 a.m.  (Note: see below for the July schedule)

MPR: Wednesdays, 7:00 p.m. (new in June 2023) 

What to bring:

Wear sturdy fitness shoes, water, towel, your energy. 

REGISTRATION: Newcomers and all levels are welcome. 

VJCC membership and signed waiver forms are required

Message from instructor:

Hi! My name is Leonore Miller and I have been a Zumba® instructor for four years.  Zumba® Fitness is a fun and easy way to get into a fitness habit in a social atmosphere.  Let me take you on a happy journey around the world through song and dance, getting fit at the same time in a fun party atmosphere.

July Schedule

The Zumba Fitness class will only have one class on July 11, Tuesday at 9:00 a.m.  This is due to the July 4th holiday and my travels.  It's a good time to go and have summer break.

Zumba Classes will resume on August 15, Tuesday, at 9:00 a.m. on the Gym Stage.   A new class will start during Wednesdays, August 16, at 7:00 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room. 


Currently we have a very small group of people that are all beginners.  Why not try it out and have fun with your workout.  Thank you to Kevin Kunisaki for arranging the rooms for the Zumba fitness classes.
