Congratulations to our 2022 Miss Western LA, Faith Sumiko Nishimura! Faith (or Queen Faith) was presented at our VJCC “Welcome Back” Festival and represented VJCC and Venice-WLA JACL at the Nisei Week Pageant, which was held on August 13, 2022, at the Japan America Theater.
Faith is currently attending Loyola Marymount University where she is majoring in Marketing and a double minor in Asian Pacific American Studies and Pacific Studies. She is the daughter of Dean and Freya Nishimura.
