SENIOR WELLNESS PROGRAM
Please join us for virtual Chair Yoga and Chair Zumba exercise classes, and virtual Bingo games.
In order to participate in these programs, you must have internet access through a smartphone, tablet or computer. We can assist you with setting it up.

Virtual Chair Yoga, every Tuesday, 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.
Virtual Chair Zumba, every Thursday, 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Virtual Bingo, every Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Please join us for our Senior Wellness Program in the VJCC Lounge for a fun afternoon with complimentary refreshments, activities and friends.
There will be arts and crafts, board games, adult coloring, cards, Japanese books and magazines, movies and puzzles.
